Lindsay founded Equitouch in 2013 and is insured. After graduating from the University of Connecticut in 2012, she purchased an Arabian that she had ridden as a teenager. She became inspired to become an Equine Massage Therapist due to his many issues that were resolved through Equine Massage Therapy.

Lindsay is currently certified through Equissage New England New York, the Amassage Method from the Midwest School of Natural Healing of Animals, and Level 2 Equine massage from Promise's Kept Natural Healing of animals. She is also certified infrared light therapy, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, and kinesiology rocktape through Promise's Kept Natural Healing for Animals. In 2022 Lindsay became a dual certified PEMF practitioner through PEMF Complete. Lastly, Lindsay is certified in Thermography from a veterinary course through Teletherm Infrared Systems. She often is called out to do thermography for different small animal vet hospitals, and also worked with some large animal vets for her clients.

In 2019 Lindsay also became certified in Canine Massage Therapy. She has experience with working with working sport dogs, injuries, senior dogs, hip and elbow dysplasia, slipped discs, and arthritis.

In 2019, the Midwest School of Natural Healing expanded to offer classes in Connecticut, and made Lindsay the instructor of them. She now does hands on classes for the East Coast School of Natural Healing of Animals in certifying students in the Amassage Method. In 2021 Lindsay began teaching myofascial release and kinesiology tape classes for fellow instructor Morgan Billings.

In fall of 2023 Lindsay was a scholarship recipient for Celeste Lazaris's self study nerve release course through the Balance Through Movement Method Academy. Lindsay has been studying BTMM for the last year and currently working on the nerve release course, with plans of continuing education to become a certified practitioner in nerve release methods.
